An exploration of a pathways approach planning for climate change adaptation of natural resources in the Port Phillip and Westernport Catchment.

  • Project dates: 2015

This project developed a collaborative network of local and regional organizations planning for climate change adaptation of natural resources in the Port Phillip and Westernport Catchment.

It built the skills and knowledge of stakeholders through ongoing collaboration, seminars, and action-orientated workshops such that they will have capacities to facilitate similar processes within their organisations and communities.

It used the concept of ‘Adaptation Pathways Planning’ to explore the synergies and gaps in current adaptive planning across the Region. Further work is being planned.
